Two ways to earn — and you keep 80% of both. Sell your programs directly (set your price, athletes buy, you're paid out through Stripe), and earn from the membership pool: athlete subscriptions fund a creator pool, and your slice of it is set by how much athletes complete and progress on your programs.
Either way, you're paid for programs people actually finish and get stronger on — not for a one-off PDF that never gets opened.

CAN I BRING MY OWN ATHLETES?+
Yes. Bring your audience if you have one. THRYV gives them a cleaner place to follow your programming.
WHAT IS THE 80/20 ACTUALLY ON?+
Both ways you earn. On a direct program sale you keep 80% (Thryv keeps 20%, after Stripe fees). On the membership pool, you receive 80% of the pool allocated to your programs. The 60/40 you see elsewhere is separate — that is how your slice of the pool is calculated (completion vs progression), not your cut.
WHEN DO PAYOUTS HAPPEN?+
Direct program sales pay out through your connected Stripe account; pool payouts run monthly, with a breakdown of how your share was calculated. We'll confirm exact timing as founding coaches come online.
IS THIS EXCLUSIVE?+
No. You can keep coaching, selling, and posting elsewhere. THRYV is a home for structured programs, not a lock-in contract.
